Rules & Terms

• Content: User-generated audio, video, text, images, overlays, gifts, media, and links.
• Live content: Real-time broadcasts, co-streams, guest appearances, and private streams.
• Restricted content: Content allowed only under specific conditions such as age gates, private access, or labels.
• Prohibited content: Content that is never allowed.
• Minors: Anyone under 18.

Prohibited content — no exceptions

• Child sexual exploitation or abuse material; sexualization, grooming, nudity, or suggestive posing of minors; or sexual comments toward minors.
• Explicit nudity or sex acts, pornography, sexual services, sexual extortion, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Non-consensual content, hidden cameras, or deepfakes of real people without consent.
• Incitement or credible threats of violence, trafficking, doxxing, or extortion.
• Illegal goods or services, including drugs, weapons, and fraud.
• Severe harassment, hate speech targeting protected characteristics, or graphic violence intended to shock.
• Content depicting, encouraging, or instructing self-harm or suicide.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, deceptive practices, ban evasion, platform manipulation, or misuse of reporting systems.

Restricted content

• Adult themes without explicit nudity may require age gating and private access. Sexualization of minors and extreme fetish content remain prohibited.
• Mildly suggestive clothing, dancing, or conversation may appear publicly only when it does not become explicit nudity or sexual activity.
• Private streams and media between consenting adults may include adult conversation and romantic context, but the prohibitions on explicit nudity, sex acts, pornography, and sexual services apply equally to private streams, private media, and direct messages. Privacy is not an exception.
• Interactive games, reward wheels, and token features are entertainment only, are not real-money gambling, and require strict age gating.

• Public streams must not contain full or partial nudity, sex acts, sex toys used sexually, or clear sexual performances.
• Titles, thumbnails, and chat must not solicit or promise explicit sexual content.
• Hosts are responsible for everything shown on their stream, including guests and co-hosts.
• Only account holders age 18 or older may appear on camera.
• Private streams remain subject to all prohibited-content rules.
• BRB mode and technical features must not be used to conceal violations.

• Tokens are virtual currency licensed for use on the platform only.
• Coercive gift solicitation and paying for unsafe or prohibited acts are not allowed.
• Private media offered or sold must be created by the account holder and must never depict a minor.
• Unsolicited explicit images or videos in direct messages are prohibited.
• Sharing another user's private media without consent is prohibited.

• Randomizers, wheels, and multiplayer stream games are for entertainment only.
• Outcomes are determined by platform systems. Manipulating or exploiting game mechanics is prohibited.
• House-funded rewards may be modified or removed at any time.
• Minors are barred from paid game features.

• Users under 18 are not permitted.
• Anyone who appears under 18 is strictly prohibited from appearing in a sexual or suggestive context.
• Monetization may be disabled or heavily restricted for accounts suspected of involving minors.

• Acknowledge this policy before streaming and after major updates.
• Use available safety and moderation tools.
• Manage guests and co-hosts; hosts remain responsible for their streams.
• Do not encourage or reward policy violations.

Actions may include:

• Stream level: Blur, mute, end stream, or disable features.
• Content level: Removal, age gating, reduced visibility, or demonetization.
• Account level: Warnings, feature limits, temporary suspension, permanent bans, payout holds, or device bans.

Severe violations—including child sexual exploitation, sexualization of minors, and credible threats—result in an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to authorities.

• Use the in-app reporting tools to report violations.
• Appeals are available for most enforcement actions except where legally restricted.
• Decisions are targeted within a reasonable timeframe.

Cocapn does not produce, host, or distribute content that constitutes “actual sexually explicit conduct” as defined by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75. The platform’s content standards prohibit explicit nudity, sex acts, and pornography in both public and private contexts. Because no content requiring §2257 record-keeping is produced, hosted, or distributed, no §2257 records are maintained.
